PearlSpace - PearlSpace is dedicated to preventing violence against women, Two Spirit, gender-diverse, non-binary, trans people, and children/youth by providing inclusive, supportive services to individuals and communities within the Sea to Sky corridor and Stl’atl’imx regions. Local free or low cost supports for Mental Health in Squamish:
Squamish Mental Health & Substance Use Services: a clinic in Squamish B.C. that provides support to Squamish residents aged 24 or over with mental health and/or substance use concerns.
Child and Youth Mental Health Services: provide a range of mental health assessment and treatment options for children and youth (0-18 years of age) and their families at no cost.
Foundry Sea to Sky: offer free, confidential, and non-judgmental health, social, and recreational services for youth ages 12-24 and their families.
Sea to Sky Community Services (SSCS): Social services provider offering 40 valued programs at no cost for children, youth, adults, families, and seniors throughout the Sea to Sky corridor.
SSCS Counselling Assistance Fund: subsidizes the cost of private counselling with a registered clinical counsellor for individuals (15+ years old), couples and families who live in Pemberton or Squamish, and who could not otherwise afford to access counselling services.
SSCS Women’s Counselling: provides Stopping the Violence support at Sea to Sky Community Services. It offers trauma-informed, non-clinical counselling to women who have experienced sexual assault, abuse, violence in a relationship, or childhood abuse or violence.
Tantalus Wellspring Society: Tantalus Wellspring Society will subsidize up to 5 counselling sessions with a therapist of choice for youth, adults and families.
